Bodily heat regulation and the fractureless good feeling of sauna

 I just noticed what many foreigners in Finland want to learn. In sauna there is the hot heated room with wooden benches, often slippery floor and a stove with hot stones for creating water vapour and a container of heated water. 

 Of carefully avoiding everything hot or slippery, (also the grid like carpets may suddenly slide and in a water tub the water may be burning hot), many would like to LEARN TO BALANCE the indoors at different heights, mixed hot and cold water and the cool or cold outdoors, maybe with the help of local trees etc. And I think that comparing the water is it now right for such and such family member, together with the nature around and needs of sauna, maybe with a piece of pie and warm tea awaiting after washing, drying and in clean dry nighttime clotges after sauna, taking care not to catch cold after sauna. 

 But it seems that similar bodily feeling well could be learned tradition in other clinates too, if the people there so wish and have good enough emgineering head to figure out how such things ought to go.

What would be the relieving healing balancing factor, it's amounts. Can one first recover from the extreme, and then somehow adjust by the intermediate amounts and styles in ways of living, how one would be top shape for the normal life, yet leave bigger pieces of such later, instead just rest and enjoy tile. "
