My view in my twenties was that the elements of the ages old life of living beings sing, and especially tve ages old life sings.
In today news there was a video of a bear cub taking a look at some houses near areas, see https://yle.fi/a/74-20157226 . If one thinks of it, there are youngsters, wildlife, looking, moving, forming an idea of the situation, and I guess taking safety precautions too.
Likewise on other areas of life, there is something ages old, some action, some motivation connected with picture of the world, feelings, mood, time of the day, etc. So in a way, life at large sings. Especially the well funtioning parts of life sing naturally and that is where the original form of music comes from.
