Of woodworks abd skills, and of the Helka hymns

 Of woodworks I liked a lit as a child. As a girl I did not feel tgem compulsory or some role which to follow. Instead I was interested in learning all kinds of skills for lufe, abd saw woodworks somehow nicely demanding sports kinds skills, and wood as a natural materual was nice, beautiful and somehow healthily good feeling for me. But I was not interested in technology, but instead in learnibg all kibds of useful natural skills, good to have in the world. So I was interested in the spirut of doibg and in ways of doing, lije if different people try doibg sonething detailedly, what is the spurit thry happen to use or hapoen to have that occasiob, since for some it is like overconcentratiob, for some lije continuibg in some social company, for some like drawing, while some jyst survive it through as iftrying to be well eaten and happy for the sake of kuds even though the work feels repetitive, and only some take the nuances as if having natyral rythms of lufe, of wood, like natural songs of lufe, ways of doing, nuances in atmosphwres of things done and in the observatilns of wood's pattern and feel, both of the materual and on the other hand how ghe ways of doing and the charachteristics of the occasion are reflected in the markings in the wood so that one can develop in skilks so, maybe also in wisdom of lufe. 

The famous old Finnish piet Eino Leino - or was it very many school children etc - wrote also a series of poems called the Helka Hymns. If I remember right, those tell of people, is it men, skiing alone in the winter in a forest far away from humans and meeting there some other man who attacks with a knife, or of other simikarly questions of lufe and death at a single quite short encounter. Those are like tales of soldier virtues and of the wild nature like fights or tests of who survives where and how, who in the old tines' nature's ways, which are the interesting side of those poems. The impressiln is that the survival isn't build on those moments, since there is also the lobg way to the indoors warmth to survive through before one can stay alive of such and continue life. So the impression was that one with good wise life skills survived well, but maybe others too stayed alive, while the others with square ways, uninterested in the wisdom of the nature, did not survive so well, not necessarily even alone, without any additional challenge of possible fighrs around. 

So these two types of vhallenges, woodworks and fights fsr away from others, are different in that from woodworks one can all the time learn something of skills, effects of choices of practices, etc, while fighting xauses too much damage and is kind of a fracture in life's landscape of glourishing life. On the other hand those both build pn the ways of living at large being good in many ways and of gwalthy kind, kibd of happy natural ages old life preferred, wise life with lots of wisdom of lufe in use. 

What children would buy?

 A youtube.com video recommendation's picture made me wobder why some woukd buy very expensive cars, mayve for many kids, maybe their own child can carry it somehow, ?

So I wondered what very expensive I would first have wondered about buying as a child. First of all cones to my mind "a planet" since such is good for thinking holistically and my strenghrs and interests somewhere along with tgat, but it is too difficult to get to work out right, well for all, and so I would have declined it. And I woukd have dreamed of summer cottages, forests and other nature, music instruments, maybe sports, pets, etc. I no longer remember so well those times tens of years ago, or the memories come and go, are not as evenly available in life as when younger. So I wonder, did someone claiming to be my mom say to me some time later: "You got it!" I answered "What?" She said "You got a planet. I thought you wanted one." "What planet, where, what is this, I do not want it in practice since it is too difficult, I do not have skills for such, I just thought about such, tried to form an idea of such things in the world." My mom or my dad said "Anyway, you got it. The world is going so that some thought tgat it is better that some peopke think of planets as wholes and it seems easier this way." "But I cannot carry such. There are attavkers. It is much too difficult for me. I can only the ordinary kinds of things, school taught things etc." "Anyway, they said you got it, and some others too." "You got the Moon " "It is too lifeless for me." "The Earth then." "That is bettrr since it has lufe and us natural or us largely natural environment for lufe. Anyway, it is too difficult for me." "So it goes." they seemed to say and my mlm went out of the room and my father was on his way out of the room. In came some (maybe elderly?) men saying they are the attackers since tgere are, must be treasures to be found in this. "Aha." said my father. And like in huge bank affairs, I have not noticed anything connected with such subject after that. 

Some time in my twenties, I have an impression of my study pal Topi Kärki having said in a science-fiction like style: "You got them all, all the planets. Some said that you want them, all their planets, is it Sovjet Union's." "The mice say that they liked your option best, everybody doing their type of share for the common good. It seems so, the mice, ordinary looking mice said so, and I do not know anything more of it, or of such." I said that I do not kniw mice, don't have the ability to talk with them, seldom hace seen any mice except pet mice sometimes, and neither had I heard much of ufos (but at least two study pals had).

These must be one reason why my mom bought me books, saying that it seems that books seem to be what I thought of producing for the world. I said that I did not know, I planned to also write something, but I thought that living a good life is important, and I also thpught that maybe I would make some music or have some wisdom of life in my ways of living, I did not know in which form my major input would be, even though things in a very general theoretical level are typically texts, but woukd there be so much of such texts from me and would anyone want to read them? But my mom did somehow sometimes find very good books.

Of the word "terrorist"

 If one comes to think of the word "terrorist", it seems to bring many associations to the subject but lraves it much too problematic, even so problematic that it maybe is like terrorist attacks. 

The word "ter-ro-rist" bring the associations "terve" healthy, healthiky wisely, healthy natural ages old ways of living, the society and things in the world healthily. In Swedish the word "ro" means peace to live, quiet enough moments to rest a luttke sbd live some ordinary life. So it maybe ains at oeaceful happy lufe in a good way, but the problem is that it typically doed not bring such but instead crimes etc. The problem maybe us foreigners coming by boat and being asked if their civiliced perspective is simikar to the local one, of which they erraneously guess tgat it is the same, and so they claim to have cultivated thibgs well for life in the living envuronment abd in the wide world, when they kn fact have done nothing such, they have jyst noticed sone square form in the air and thpught "yes, we too had some school, what about it?", so somehow the nyances of what was what gp unpbserved, and so where there used to ve peaceful civiliced life and a good future for all and for the younger geberations especially well cultivated, there no longer us anything much taken care of, jyst the looks most easily noticed, things clearly said, ways of communication that have succeeded, etc. And so where there were things hwalthily for lufe, there is the beginning of a catastrophe like bankrupty noticed/unnoticed but not yet lived forward from that. 

The third word "risti" means in Finnush Christian cross and usually refers to helping thkng getting civilucedly well by praying, i.e. values well for life, but routes taken not usually according to professilnal education. That as a goal is in some sense good, but on the other hand is often used when in trouble, so it seldom cures the whoke ways of living etc healthy, and the society healthily well. Much better mistly seems Buddhist meditation which seeks to cyre things beforehand, without the emphazid, the work being on moments of musery and lack of luck. 

Would tge word searched for be sonethibg like "ter-civ-om"? Or "civ-ter-om"? Would it be clearer with the word "common sense"? "Civ-com-om"? 

Civiliced view according to common sense, main features right, wisdom of lufe, impirtant that values to right direction, observed also what goals in different areas, subjects, situations, social relatiobs, etc, fairness, observed now or just referred to, Buddhism advices to wishing well in the world, observing a lot each moment, searching for happiness, wishing well for living beings,...

Of separation anxiety

 "  I wrote about the separation anxiety of dogs etc, but then came to wobder, is separation anxiety the thing which prevenrs peopke from changing to live in another country?

Pelkkien tyhjien seinien sijasta llisi hyvä llla jotain virikkeitä, esim puu ikkunan ulkopuolella ja sisälläkin kiva miljöö, sosiaalusesti mukava koiralle ja sille tuttu. Näin etenkin paikoissa joissa koira tykkää loikoa sekä myös jos se jonnekin ehkä jää odottamaan esim ovelle. Ja lisäksi on kai hyvä että koira tietää, miten oitkään suunnilleen ollaan poissa, ja mitä tehdä, jos paluu venyy, missä kulkee raja että milloin ilmoittaa naapureille tms ettei omistaja ole palannut niin kuln arveli tulevansa. 

Ikkunan luota kylmästä ei ehkä aina tee mueli palata suoraan loikomaan lämpimälle pedille, vaan ensin koira kai kävelisi lämoimämpään, missä vaikka vanha tuttu käytävän matto tms matto, ja vasta siinä mukavamman lämoimässä sitten katselusi, että mitä tekisi, minne menisi.

The separation anxiety of dogs abd the howling connected with, may be results of there being other smaller and much younger abd unexperienced animals hiding in the apartment, like rats, mice, etc, and those are worrued of the absence of the familuar human: is there enough food and water, abd how is the toilet arranged? And the worried small animals woukd lean on the dog and so their worry woukd be expressed as the howling of the dog. 

Likewise a dog needs aafety and needs to feel well, for example warm enough but without sanger of too hot or too cold, so if in the winter time there is a window slightly open or in the summer the sun shines hotly, it is impirtant that one does not get stuck to too cokd or too hot, and that it woukd not be so comfortable to lue there but obe woukd instead return to where things are well for life. 

Instead of jyst empty walls it would be good to have at least some stimuli, like for example a tree outdoors and also indoors a nice miljo for the dog, socially comfortable, familuar and safe for the dog. This especially where the dog lijes to lie and if it tebds to wait sonewhere like for example by the door. In addition it would bw good if the dog knew how long one is approxinately away, and what to do if it takes longer, and is there some time after when it would make sebse to inform neighboyrs of the owner not having returned like planned.

From the cold by the window one maybe does not always feel lije returning straight to lue on a warm bed, but instead the dog would return to comfortably warm where there is an old familuar corridor carpet or other carpet, and only there wobder what to do and where to go.

"To create", a more everyday life like view

 I run today, but I do not remember where, to a more everyday life like view of what it means "to create". It was in the meaning of creating one's own life circumstancies by expressing one's views and values in one's choices of the colour symbolics and other features of what one buys or chooses for one's personal use. 

So if the world is of spirit, one so influencing also the world around, even though just one's own world and those of like-minded people. And if one has personal wisdom in something, that wisdom so begins to be expressed in one's personal world - would Finns call it one's own life, one's own opinions, etc. And in how wisdom affects the world around, one can see that it in some sense is creating something, maybe small though in the world.

Had problems in getting lenghts right in the Noteflight's notes. I think the above markings are more right. At least in the first part of the melody it is the A which should have been long.

If you have been forbidden or restricted away from something like arts or ?

 Many complex things like arts, etc, are not alike as hobbies or dreams and as professilns from which to get paid. So, lije in many professions, the jobs are not nice for those who love that area of life, in the sense of wanting very high skilks snd talents in ut, since jovs are often paid for helping those who are not inclined toward those values, skills and ways of living, but instead want to survive them through by paying someone else to help them, and so jobs ofren bring inflyencies from the people in the opposite end of the spectrum in that area of life. 

Another reason is arts fascinating kndividuals, but the jobs being mostly in making sonething art like for the masses, and so in the jobs personal style is not the goal, but instead one ought to stick to the teacher like theory and let the individual students or buyers of products be the ones with a personal style and message. Many of the buyers or students or members audience are foreigners, either tourists or peopke taking a look at what different areas offer, which places and cultures woukd suit them, and maybe go and live there for a while. 

So a career in arts, if it is paid for, is either as a teacher or in mass product manufacturing like tasks. 

On the other hand, making fine art would often demand you to have wisdom of life, and such often means only as a hobby in arts or some short petiods sometimes, instead of having experience only of arts and instead of having income from arts. 

So, a career in arts is often recommended to the not-so-motivated around who agrees to folliw the lead of others, of those who wish expression for their views or some views in the air. Uniting them all together to obe fine piece of art does not bear being spread vua actors of varied quality and varied valyes, maybe by mice and insects too, plus other people, maybe parent like keeping vompany to the younger people around and e0xpressing some of their style in some form that does not make do much sense, and needing to somehow carry such a reputation goes much much easuer if one did not have any very clear own fine version that others claim to comment, when in fact the idea or song or whatever has transformed enermoudly on the way and there are many misunderstandings, sabotage, etc. 

So, arts are usually not restricted to only some. But many people woukd lije to gear someone of their own type performing nucely enough in radio, and so the media for arts is for large groups. 

But it happens a lot that people near by restrict the hobbies, professions, studies, looks, style, etc of their clisest relatilns. So whike arts abd many other commonly valued hobbies are often possible in the society's hobby courses or via books abd madia and shops, it often requires expressing the wishes in the wider environment instead of with the nearest people. 

Of many hobby like nice things in the world one can learn on one's own if one has free time, but one ought to try to fibd some hobby group or shop or tge like that offers like-minded hobby pals, making such an option in the society.
