If one wants to learn to enjoy the local weathers, one ought to go out when one so wishes, feels like going for a little walk in the weathers then, and stay outdoors only tge short while or a few minutes that feel like enjoyable variation to one's life. But one must have enough weather skills before trying this. And so via several such small walks at least a few meters from the door, one across time ought to learn to enjoy the variations of the weathers.
